JANE: Consent involves the penetrating male obtaining permission to have penetrative sex (vaginal or anal intercourse or fellatio) with either a man or a woman (who is acting as the receiver). So yes, if a man is having sex with another man & being penetrated then he has to consent. Kancha : What about a female having sex with a guy without his consent? Is this happens? JANE: It’s not technically rape. But one woman chained a man up & obliged him to engage in intercourse obviously he had to be aroused to do this. There are also a few cases of women (eg. teachers) who have sex with underage students. Typically women are looking for emotional rewards. Richard: It is possible to arouse a man without him actually wanting to be aroused you know. JANE: Sure & often it causes much embarrassment if the situation is not right. But he is still aroused. The receiver of intercourse does not need to be aroused. Also the tissues of the rectum & vagina are much more easily damaged than the penis. So rape is done by a penetrating male. Richard: By your definition then, a gang of women holding a man down, physically manipulating his penis until it is erect, then one rides him until he involuntarily comes inside her… Is not rape? JANE: The penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim. There are none such scenarios recorded that I know of. Tens of thousands of women are raped every year in the US. But if you search, you find only a handful of cases ever where women are accused of rape but it is almost always statutory rape. Richard: Yes. It happened to me. Would you call it rape? JANE: I’m sorry but you must explain why a gang of woman would want to force you to have intercourse. It doesn’t make sense. Women don’t have a sex drive.
