Qarijaan: I would like to ask about the CONCEPT OF SEXUAL LIFE IN ISLAM. What is allowed and prohibits in Islam for wife and husband relationship (sex life)? Qarijaan (cont): Can they both have bath or shower together? Can they both sleep naked together? Can they touch private parts and play (kiss) on it (upper and lower parts)? Is man allowed to remove his hairs from chest and rest of body? Qarijaan (cont): During Ramadan is allowed while you have Roza to kiss ( lip kiss) or hug to wife ? If both see each other naked does roza break ? Can he or she give body massage or kiss on private parts? I am confused about these issues. Please guide me what is the best ways of filling each other needs in Islam. JANE: I am not familiar with the Muslim beliefs about marriage. On the whole all religions focus on the reproductive and social aspects of relationships between husband and wife. So, for example, generally vaginal intercourse is approved of because it leads to conception and hence family. JANE (cont): Enjoyment of sexual pleasure is a much wider concept than simply the reproductive biology of the sexes. So different people find a variety of genital and nongenital touching either pleasurable or sensual or emotionally comforting. JANE (cont): My personal belief is that what happens between two consenting adults with pleasure or contentment on both sides should be perfectly acceptable in a modern world regardless of religion. But this is a highly personal matter. JANE (cont): Many people restrict their enjoyment of sexual pleasure because of their personal fears or beliefs about what is moral or proper. I suggest you find a religious expert to advise you about the Muslim religion and what is considered acceptable between husband and wife if that is your concern. Qarijaan: Thanks for giving me a complete answer. Dedicated to womens enjoyment of sexual pleasure
